This is the last Will and Testament of me John Taylor of Birmingham in the County of Warwick Silversmith ffirst I will and direct that all my just debts funeral charges and the charges of proving this my will be fully paid and satisfied by my executor hereinafter named also I give and bequeath to my Godson Charles James Perry son of Charles Perry of Birmingham aforesaid Dealer in Metals my gold watch chain and seals and as to all the Rest residue and Remainder of my goods chattels rights redits and personal estate of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever I give and bequeath the same and every part thereof unto my brother in law John Perry of Birmingham aforesaid Silversmith absolutely for his own use and as his own property for ever And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint the said John Perry sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former and other wills by me made In Witness whereof I the said testator John Taylor have to this my last Will and Testament contained on one sheet of Paper set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of August in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven John Taylor
